From 1st October 2008 landlords will be required to make available an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC)  to all prospective tenants.

The requirement applies to both commercial and residential premises.

It should also be noted that female employees whose expected week of childbirth begins on or after 5 October 2008 will enjoy the same contractual benefits during Additional Maternity Leave as they do during Ordinary Maternity Leave.
