From 1st October 2008 landlords will be required to make available an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC)  to all prospective tenants.

The requirement applies to both commercial and residential premises.

If you file a paper tax return you need to get organised now and start thinking about what information you need for it. All paper Self Assessment tax returns must be with HMRC by 31 October or you could face a £100 penalty.
 
The deadline for filing online returns remains 31 January.
